Q: Do you have to pay monthly or is there a flat fee?
A: Yes, we only offer the software through monthly payments however you can stop using the software and stop paying for it whenever you like. This prevents you from investing a lot of money in software that might not be right for your firm.

Q: How do I pay monthly?
A: It happens automatically from a credit or debit card.

Q: Can the money come out of my checking account?
A: No, unfortunately we do not offer this right now. The charge per transaction is just too high and we don’t want to pass that on to our customers.

Q: Can I be invoiced and send a check every month instead of using a credit card?
A: No, we do not offer this option right now.

Q: What happens if I stop paying for the software?
A: You will no longer be able to use our software but you can always print out your client data.

Q: Is there a trial period?
A: Yes, we invite you to take advantage of our 30-day risk free guarantee with any purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, just let us know within 30-days and we will send you a refund.

Q: Can I cancel at any time?
A: Yes, you can cancel and stop payments at any time.

Q: How does the licensing work for TurboLaw?
A: Each computer needs its own license. You can install and register TurboLaw on however many computers you are licensed  to have.

Q: When I buy, how do I get the software?
A: We send you a link to download the software.

Q: What if I need to move the software to a new computer?
A: Just install the software on your new computer with your license number. The software on your old computer will be de-activated automatically.

Q: Is this program on my computer or on the Internet?
A: TurboLaw is on your computer but updates come via the internet.

Q: Will TurboLaw work on a Mac?

A: No, TurboLaw Time and Billing is a separate, stand-alone program - although both programs can work together if you have both of them on your computer.

A: Yes, statements will clearly show balances on retainer to your clients.

Q: How many clients can I enter into the program?
A: There is no specific limit to the number of clients you can enter.

Q: Does TurboLaw Time and Billing write checks?
A: No, if you need check writing capability you might want to look at a more complex accounting program.

Q: Does TurboLaw Time and Billing offer calendaring?
A: No.
