"Error Downloading File" message during update
Details:
When downloading updates for TurboLaw, the TurboLaw Update Utility sometimes displays an error message, saying that "the operation has timed out."

Sometimes, after receiving the timeout error, you will receive an error which says "DocumentInfo Table Missing."

The second error message is caused by the first error, and may not always appear, depending on what updates are needed by your computer.
Resolution:
This particular error can be caused by intermittent Internet connection problems, however it can also occur when there are no Internet problems.
Version 2.72 of TurboLaw includes updates to help prevent this from happening. If you are using an older version of TurboLaw and are experiencing this problem, we recommend that you upgrade to version 2.27 of TurboLaw to resolve the problem.
